Where are you located and which currency do you use?
We are based in Singapore and all our prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! You may refer here for our shipping infomation.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal.
PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay online. You can pay directly from your credit card or bank account. 

How soon will my order be shipped?
We are commited to ship all orders within 3 working days. All orders are sent via Singapore Post. 

How can I track my order?
We will e-mail you to advise that your order had been sent and is on its way to you. A tracking number will be sent to you if your order qualified for the free registered mail, or if you had selected registered mail during check out. 

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it had been placed.

Do you have a return policy?
We offer a 7-days return policy subject to terms. For more information, please refer here.

Do you offer gift wrap service?
With a small fee of $5, you can opt for your order to be beautifully gift-wrapped along with a special card. We will handwrite a message of your choice.
Simply write your request at the ''Add A Note to Your Order'' section when checking out.
This fee will be invoiced separately. Kindly note we will require 2 days notice to prepare your gift package.
