Where are you located and which currency do you use?

We are based in Singapore and all our prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Are your products in stock or Pre-Order?

All our products listed on this website are ready stock, ready to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit/Debit cards, Paynow, Paypal, Hoolah, Atome and GrabPay.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We are committed to ship all orders within 2 working days after receiving your order. All orders are sent via doorstep courier.  

How can I track my order?

Once your order had been processed for courier pick-up, you will receive an email notification with tracking number. Kindly ensure the email provided during checkout is correct. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it had been placed. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless product is defective. Clear photos showing the defect must be provided within 24hr of receiving your parcel.
