PROMOTIONAL/SALE/CLEARANCE items are final sale and cannot be returned.
1) We accept returns due to defect or sizing issues for regular priced items only.
2) Defective items - Please take clear pictures of the defect(s) and email to us at email@example.com or contact us via Instagram DM with your order number.
3) Returned items must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied.
4) All returns will be processed via store credit only.
We do not offer cash refund.
5) Store credit will be available as soon as we receive your returned item in good condition.
Please consider Registered Mail or doorstep courier for your return/exchange package to us as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Store credit will be given in the form of Gift Code.
- Store credit can only be used at our website.
- Store credit is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Any purchase amount that exceeds the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit is provided in Singapore Dollars.
