Returns Policy

All returns/exchanges must be received within 7 days of the original delivery date.

IMPORTANT: PROMOTIONAL/SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.

Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear from usage are not considered as faulty goods.

A store credit of equal value to the returned items or cash refund will be provided for faulty items.

Only a store credit can be provided for returned items that are not faulty.  

Please email us with your order number and the desired size to be exchanged.

In the event preferred size is out of stock, you may select another item of at least an equivalent amount.
Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit of equal value to be used for your next purchase with us.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for sizing issues.

Please consider Registered Mail for your return/exchange package as we are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

Do note that there will be a $5 re-delivery fee for the exchanged item to be couriered to you. 

- Store credit can only be used at our website.
- Store credit is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Any purchase amount that exceeds the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit is provided in Singapore Dollars.
- To view your store credit, please log into your Ribbons+Wheels account.
